BattScan

The BattScan is a great solution for organizations that own forklift trucks or lease them to third parties. The technology gives you insight in how to significantly improve the quality and durability of the device.

Often forklifts are not fully charged or otherwise is deviated from the normal charging cycle which the battery needs to perform well. To get a better grip on this the BattScan has been developed.

The BattScan collects all kinds of factors that may infulence the quality of the battery, such as driving hours and driving time of the fork lift. In addition the BattScan gathers information from the battery itself, like temperature, voltage and cells. By measuring these elements and sending them to a cloud server, the state of the battery can be determined and, based on this, action can be taken to improve the downward spiral of its life cycle.
